I recently had the honor of being asked to present at the recent retreat at San Alfonso Retreat House. I truly believe that there is no greater joy then helping people. Pause to Thrive is an amazing organization thats helps empower people in finding themselves again after experiencing a life event.

Pause to Thrive, a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit, non-sectarian healthcare organization, was created to provide individuals an opportunity to personally take charge of their health and move forward after experiencing physical and mental health challenges from illness and disease. Recovering from the trauma of serious illness is never easy. Our spiritual holistic programs offer health education, integrative medicine, psychosocial counseling, support, and group life coaching.
Pause to Thrive offers both retreat and day programs. The model provides a special experience to immerse oneself and heal surrounded by blue and green space. Pause to Thrive collaborates with recognized experts to assure participants feel the door has been opened to an improved state of well-being. A highlight of the program includes self-responsibility and resilience building to improve one’s ability to face challenges in the future. The power to heal is clearly within each of us therefore, inspiring hope to unleash your power to heal!
