With current changes to legislation in New Jersey surrounding Sober Livings & Behavioral Health, our founder, Daniel Regan has created the New Jersey Coalition of Treatment Providers (NJCTP) to combat these regulations that are threatening the care of clients.
The NJCTP represents a diverse alliance of treatment providers, industry leaders, and advocates working together to bring real change to a system in need of reform.
🔹 Who We Are
Uniting Providers. Elevating Care. Reforming Policy.
Our mission is to advance ethical, effective, and inclusive behavioral health legislation throughout the state. We advocate for client-centered care, and we are deeply committed to combating corruption, fraud, and systemic abuse in the behavioral health space.
🔹 Our Vision
We envision a future where behavioral health policy in New Jersey is shaped by those who live it, lead it, and rely on it. A future where legislation supports high-quality, ethical care—and every provider, regardless of size or specialization, has a meaningful voice in building a healthier, more equitable system.
