Our Story

We specialize in the care and maintenance of the human frame here at Riverside Chiropractic and Nutrition Center. The entire body requires tune ups or adjustments regularly to avoid injury, arthritis and overall degeneration. Whether it’s the neck, the upper back, mid back, low back, hips, knees, ankles, feet, shoulders, elbows, wrists or hands, chiropractic at Riverside is designed to evaluate and treat these areas with proper mobilization then stabilization. Dr. Katie Reid, the sole practitioner at Riverside, is trained in massotherapy, an osteopathic full body treatment, soft tissue release (a form of active release), myofascial muscle therapy, chiropractic adjusting, extremity adjusting, trigger point therapy, stretching and exercise instruction and functional nutrition as well.
