The Buddha taught that true spiritual growth comes not from appearance or identity, but from lived practice. In this reflective and experiential workshop, Bhante invites us to examine how our meditation practice is showing up in our daily lives, our relationships, and our actions.

Through teaching, guided mindfulness and loving-kindness meditation, and time for questions and discussion, participants are supported in deepening their practice beyond the cushion and into everyday life. This workshop offers space to reconnect with intention, intuition, and the inner wisdom that guides meaningful change.

Carlo bridges ancient medicine music with modern rhythm, live looping, and ceremonial sound. Rooted in shamanic traditions and guided by Indigenous practices, his work honors sound as living medicine. With over 20 years as a DJ and music producer, Carlo brings deep knowledge of sound engineering, frequency, and rhythm into each ceremonial journey.

This Sacred Sound Journey is a live, immersive experience using native sounds, ceremonial textures, shamanic instruments, and real time layering to create a deeply meditative soundscape. The evening begins with breath and prayer, then unfolds organically from stillness into rhythm and back again.

There is no instruction and no effort required. Just presence.

Participants are held in a calm and grounded field where the body listens, the mind softens, and something ancient quietly returns. Through prayer, rhythm, breath, frequency, and silence, this journey supports grounding, emotional release, and deep remembrance during this time of planetary change.

This is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and return to balance within yourself, with the Earth, and with the greater whole.
