Hi all! My name is Sharon. I am a certified Nutritional Counselor/ Health Coach. My passion is helping people live healthier lives through Organic nutrition, food, supplements and detoxing. I became very interested in health and wellness when I had health issues myself and turned my health around through nutrition. I’ve discovered how much GMO's/chemicals in food and toxins in the environment causes many diseases which led me to live a predominately organic lifestyle.
