Laurie has been a full-time Massage Therapist since 2000. A graduate of Somerset School of Massage Therapy, Laurie has spent her career working closely with chiropractic offices in Monmouth and Ocean Counties, refining her art of healing. Some of these offices include orthopedic surgeons and pain specialists, physical therapists and trainers, as well as nutritionists. Laurie has experience working

She is knowledgeable in many areas of alternative and preventative medicine. Laurie is available for appointments Tuesday through Friday all day, and Saturday morning through the afternoon. Massage appointments can be held in the COMFORT OF YOUR HOME. Laurie travels to all of Monmouth and Ocean Counties.

I have an updated Covid policy. If there are any questions, please feel free to message me. Thanks

1. I am accepting massage clients regardless of their vaccine status.

2. Masks must be worn at all times, regardless of vaccine status.

3. Clients provide their own sheets. A gently used twin set is fine. It’s possible that massage oil/cream may get on the sheets, so have a set delegated for massages.

4. Clients must be symptom-free and healthy for 48 hours before the appointment.

5. If a client is exposed to someone that tested positive for Covid, the client must have a negative Covid test 24 hours before the massage appointment. Client must also be symptom-free, and still wear a mask.

6. If a client tests positive for Covid, or shows symptoms of sickness, we can reschedule the massage. The client that was positive for Covid must test negative 3 days before the appointment, and be symptom-free and still wear a mask.

7. Client must be honest and fully transparent about Covid exposure and symptoms.

8. I promise to abide by this policy as well, to fully insure safety for the client and myself.

Hi everyone!

I’ve been receiving some interest in my massage services. Here is an update on my Covid protocols:

1) I am only seeing fully-vaccinated clients. Proof of vaccinated status is required. I am fully vaccinated and boosted as well.

2) Clients need to provide their own sheets. A gently used twin set is fine

3) Clients need to wear masks. I will be wearing one as well.

4) Clients must be completely symptom-free for 36 hours before our appointment. Any fevers, coughing, congestion, vomiting, etc. within those hours, we need to reschedule. I will also bide by this rule as well, I promise to be symptom-free for 36 hours before our appointment

5) If you have been exposed to someone in the previous 7 days that tested positive for Covid, we will need to reschedule, irregardless if there are visible symptoms or not. I will honor this rule as well.

I will be fully transparent with my lifestyle and socialization for your safety, as well as mine.

Your safety, as well as my safety, are my top priorities.

Friends: please be cognizant of where you are going and spending your time and money with. Are you vaccinated? Does the businesses you spend your time in have vaccination/Covid policies? You need to ask… have that conversation. If safety for you and your loved ones is important, ask these questions:

“What’s your vaccination policy for your employees?”

“What are your Covid protocols?”

If you are giving your time and money to a business that has close-contact with clients like a gym, hair or nail salon, massage facility, doctor or dentist:

“What are your vaccination/Covid policies for clients/customers/etc?”

It’s time to align your personal boundaries with your professional boundaries. Support businesses that are transparent with their Covid and vaccination policies. Be smart and safe.

I made a few phone calls to some of the massage establishments in my area.

Not one establishment had vaccine requirements for their staff/employees/therapists.

Not one establishment had vaccine requirements for their customers/clients.

If you are fully-vaccinated and are hesitant to go to an establishment for a massage because of poor Covid protocols or lack of vaccine requirements…. I hear you.

This is why I am taking a firm stance as a licensed massage therapist for your safety, as well as mine.

I am fully-vaccinated and am ready to provide safe massage services for you or a loved one that’s fully-vaccinated. I only do in-home appointments, and I do not work in a massage establishment.

I use strict Covid protocols. Your safety and comfort level are my #1 priority. As well as mine.

Please reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns whatsoever. No pressure to book anything.

I’m happy and willing to accommodate any special needs or mobility issues. I have several clients with special needs that a massage facility wouldn’t accommodate.
