Dover-Brick Beach First Aid Squad provides Emergency Medical Services to the barrier island sections of Toms River and Brick Townships in the State of New Jersey. Our ambulances operate on a 24 hour basis every day of the year to care for any victim of accident or sudden illness. Dover-Brick is an all-volunteer organization, funded by donations. lunteer Emergency Medical Technicians who provide Basic Life Support services in our community. The Squad maintains and operates 2 traditional ambulances for 911 response and transport. Additionally, the Squad also operates a specially built and modified Hummer ambulance, which is used for responding to emergencies on the beach and/or during flood conditions. Dover-Brick Beach First Aid Squad is continuously accepting applications for new members. No training, certification or past experience is required – training and certification will be provided.
