Today we are shining the spotlight on Jessica Cooke, our Director of Admissions and Operational Logistics.
Jessica has been with Complete Care at Green Acres for 8 years. She began her career with Complete Care in February 2018 as a Receptionist and has since advanced through progressive roles, including Subacute Unit Secretary, Administrative Assistant and Central Supply Coordinator. While pursuing her career in healthcare, Jessica became certified in ICD/CPT coding as a Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist. In August 2025, she was promoted to Director of Admissions and Operational Logistics. In addition to Admissions Director, she also serves as the Compliance Officer for Complete Care at Green Acres, where she takes pride in ensuring that all operational and administrative functions align with established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
