It has been my lifelong desire to help others awaken to their inner light.

We all feel, hear, sense and experience differently. On our quest to peace, balance and healing we encounter questions, choices and wonderment.

Whether it is the pain filled body, the curious spirit or the true seeker, finding what speaks to your soul can feel like a lonely road. Yet in reality, we are many upon the journey and you are not alone.

My hope is to help you find what speaks to your soul. Along my own path I have been blessed to learn from many. My purpose is simply to share, care,help, listen and reach for answers together. For we are all teachers and we are all students.
