A little behind-the-scenes reality of running a small business.

Today I helped someone book manually because they couldn’t figure out online booking. They received the confirmation and directions… then hours later texted that they didn’t realize how far away we are and wouldn’t be coming.

Meanwhile our therapist already drove in, prepared the room, and reserved that time.

This is exactly why we require a credit card to hold appointments and encourage online booking whenever possible.

It protects our therapists’ time and keeps the business running sustainably.

For those of us who run our own businesses, the work never really stops. There’s always another email, another idea, another responsibility waiting. But moments like this remind me why we work so hard in the first place.
