Game day brought back some wonderful memories at The Havens! 🎲

Our residents had a blast playing vintage favorites like Sorry, Operation, Ker Plunk, Candy Land, and Hi Ho Cherry-O. There was plenty of laughter, friendly competition, and a little bit of mischief along the way.

Judge Lulu was on hand to make sure all the rules were followed… but it seems Maureen may have gotten herself into a little trouble and was found guilty! ⚖️😄 Luckily, the only sentence was more fun and games.

Nothing beats classic games and great company!

A big thank you to the Toms River Garden Club for spending time with our residents creating beautiful St. Patrick’s Day themed flower centerpieces! 🍀🌷 The room was filled with creativity, laughter, and lots of festive green.

After crafting their lovely arrangements, everyone enjoyed a fun game of Heads Up, which brought out plenty of smiles and friendly competition!

We are so grateful for community partners who help make our days extra special. 💚

We had such a wonderful time getting creative at The Havens! 🎨🍀

A big thank you to Melissa from Affinity Hospice and Kate from Homewatch CareGivers for coming in and hosting a fun Sip & Paint with our residents. Everyone enjoyed painting their very own St. Patrick’s Day gnome — and the results were absolutely adorable!

It’s always so special to partner with such caring members of our community to bring joy, creativity, and lots of smiles to our residents. Thank you for making the day so festive and fun! 🍀💚

We are excited to share a glimpse of The Havens’ March Activity Calendar! This month is packed with fun, creativity, entertainment, and plenty of opportunities for our residents to stay active and engaged.

From festive St. Patrick’s Day celebrations and crafts to games, entertainment, pet therapy visits, and our very own Hollywood Awards Ceremony — there’s something for everyone to enjoy! 🎬✨

🎳🏆 Wii Bowling Practice at The Havens! 🏆🎳

The competition is heating up! Our residents enjoyed another fun and spirited Wii bowling practice, and the scores were impressive!

🥇 Lulu rolled an amazing 222 to take the top spot!
🥈 Frank M followed with a strong 214
🥉 Joe wasn’t far behind with 202

And of course, we’re proudly keeping our fun tradition alive — whenever someone bowls a turkey (three strikes in a row), they get to wear the famous turkey headband! 🦃 It always brings lots of laughs and cheers from the crowd!

We are so proud of everyone’s focus, teamwork, and friendly competition. The excitement is building as we look forward to the upcoming tournament season — it’s going to be a great one! 🎉

Some were brave enough to trade their boxes, hoping for a bigger surprise, while others trusted their first choice and held on tight. The suspense, the laughs, and the friendly competition made for such a fun afternoon!

The fun was in the air today at The Havens! 🎈

Our Memory Care residents had a wonderful time playing a lively game of Balloon Volleyball. There were smiles, laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of teamwork as everyone kept the balloon soaring!

Activities like this help keep our residents active, engaged, and connected — and most importantly, having FUN! 💙

Today was full of smiles and tail wags at The Havens! 🐾💛

Our residents were so happy to welcome Mayble, the sweetest pet therapy dog. Her visit brought lots of cuddles, laughter, and brightened everyone’s day!

The fun continued with a Magnetic Rock Challenge game! Residents tested their steady hands and strategy skills as they carefully added magnetic rocks without letting them snap together. It brought out plenty of focus — and a little friendly competition too!

We love seeing our residents engaged, laughing, and enjoying every moment together. 💙

Today at The Havens we observed Ash Wednesday with Deacon Rich Goglia from St Joe’s while also keeping the fun rolling with more Wii bowling practice! 🎳

Our residents are getting better every day — we had several turkeys bowled, and Audrey stole the spotlight as today’s top scorer! Way to show off those skills, Audrey! 👏🏆

We also have to share the beautiful Mardi Gras masks our Memory Care residents created. 🎭💜💛💚 Their creativity and festive spirit truly brighten our community!

Our residents had a blast celebrating Fat Tuesday for Mardi Gras while practicing their Wii bowling skills! 🎳🎉 There was plenty of laughter, friendly competition, and festive fun as everyone geared up for our upcoming bowling tournament.

Valentine’s Day may be over, but the love never ends at The Havens ❤️

Our Memory Care residents had so much fun showing off the adorable Valentine headbands they created — full of smiles, creativity, and heart! 💕

Meanwhile, our Assisted Living residents were busy crafting beautiful Valentine mosaics, adding a little extra sparkle and color to their day.

We love seeing the joy, laughter, and creativity that fills our community all year long! 💖
