Another rainy day. While we won’t be gathering in the sand today, this offers a gentle reminder from nature herself: sometimes stillness is the practice.
As Patanjali said, “Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” Even when our mats stay rolled, the practice continues—in our breath, our awareness, our presence.
