To All Clients of IHNO and Dr. Donna Potter,

I am writing to inform you of some significant news regarding In His Name Outreach.

After many years of pouring her heart and soul into the success of IHNO, and the community at large, Dr. Donna has decided to resign from IHNO. Her last day will be August 2nd, 2024.

While this decision was not made lightly; after much prayer and consideration, she believes it is the best course of action for her future. Dr. Donna will now be able to take a step back, breathe deeply, enjoy life, and seek new ways/locations to continue serving God by serving you, her dear clients, and friends.

This does not mean that she will stop doing what she loves most, counseling others and helping them grow through their conflicts, it means that she will no longer conduct counseling sessions at 576 Dick Rd.

I understand that this news may raise questions and concerns; We will update you once we have next steps available for you to continue scheduling sessions with Dr. Donna. Feel free to email us at Office@IHNO.org or give our office a call at 716-464-3681 and we will place you on a contact list for appointments.

On behalf of the staff, I would like to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude for the many years of service that Dr. Donna has provided IHNO and for the opportunities and friendships that she has provided her staff members over the years. Without her trust and mentorship, none of us would be who we are today.

I ask that you keep Dr. Donna, and the rest of the staff, in your thoughts and prayers as we all face new chapters of our lives and lean into God for His Protection and Provisions.
