From the moment you walk through our doors, you are welcomed into an atmosphere of soothing mindfulness and healing. You are invited to relax as you are greeted by our warm and welcoming staff. You are offered a space to be supported and empowered by the community of providers and teachers that await you. Since 2018, Be Embodied, LLC, has chosen to build a new paradigm. Today, we continue to culti

vate a radically different approach to the provision of mental, physical, and spiritual health by having them all under one roof. We are a thoughtfully designed, communal working space, dedicated to supporting private practitioners, making trauma informed yoga accessible and hosting holistic health and wellness-based activities. Our goal is to give you all of the resources in one space to live embodied. Check out the wide array of services our teachers and providers offer to get started on your journey. We are thrilled to introduce Alexandra as our newest instructor at Be Embodied! With a deep understanding of hormonal health and personal experience navigating the challenges of PCOS, Alexandra brings a holistic approach to her All Levels Vinyasa classes.

🌟 Exciting news from Be Embodied! 🌟 Starting this week, all funds raised from our donation-based classes—mindfulness meditation on Saturdays and hatha yoga on Sundays—will be donated to 716 PAWS, a wonderful animal rescue group right here in WNY. 🐾✨

Join us as we cultivate mindfulness and strength in our bodies while making a positive impact on the lives of animals in need. Each session not only supports your well-being but also helps give our furry friends the love and care they deserve.

The journey to healing can bring many challenges, and it can seem to easy for our fears to get in the way. Often times, the biggest step we can take is to make the leap and reach out for help. Our Story

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Mindfulness Coach and Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor, Nicole specialize in helping people build self-awareness, learn how to be powerful in their lives, strengthen their ability to tolerate change and guide them in making choices that are meaningful. With five years in private practice and three teaching mindfulness and yoga, she quickly became aware of how many people suffer from being out of touch with their bodies. She was able to draw upon her own experience and the experiences of all of her clients to clearly see the ways in which disembodiment increases stress levels, reactivity and discontent with life. Nicole wished that everyone could experience the gifts that mindfulness brought her and so she set out to make it possible! Together with a team of various practitioners from therapists to yoga instructors, Nicole launched Be Embodied: a Mindfulness Based Counseling Center. BE provides mindfulness based services in a warm, compassionate and non-judgmental atmosphere. The practitioners are there to help you develop self-awareness and learn acceptance based skills so you can build a life you want to be present for. Through their holistic approach, they will guide you on a journey to finding the deep reservoirs of strength, joy and peace that already exists inside of you and put them into action!
