“Forgiveness is a long night walk by the ocean at ebb tide, with the surf only murmuring”. D Patrick Miller 2009
I will keep pontificating that forgiveness is a power tool and a gift we give ourselves. It can and will bring order to chaos in your mind because forgiveness is the very acknowledgement that you have ushered in the necessity to see all that is in your lap; the pleasures and pains, triumphs and tragedies, hate and love , peace and turmoil under the lens of the Greatest Healer within yourself.
The decision to follow this quest possesses the door to a deep abiding happiness and joy that holds the power to withstand the test of time and sustain you through all transient sorrow and grief that comes your way. I encourage you to open and walk through this door with the confidence of knowing that you too are a child of the God of Many Names deserving to step into your greatness.
Blessings

Monday Mantra!

The term mantra is derived from two words in Sanskrit that bring us to a thought behind speech or deed. Mantras originated in Hinduism and Buddhism as a sacred word or sound repeated to aid the mind during meditation. A mantra can also be a statement repeated frequently.

I invite you to speak this mantra and use it as an instrument of your mind throughout your day or even your week.

One way is to write it on a post- it note and carry it with you as you live your day. You can place it in your wallet, purse, the visor in your vehicle, your favorite book you are reading, your coffee or kitchen table, on your refrigerator door or any other place that will help you to recite out loud this mantra. Perhaps repeating it three times as you look at yourself in the mirror every morning as you prepare for your day is something you feel comfortable doing. The idea is to fit this into your schedule and say it several times to focus your mind and return you to a place of being present.

Remember your way of incorporating this into your life is the right way! I assure you that a mantra practice will reap you many mental, physical , emotional and spiritual rewards. Proceed into this year of 2022 on your terms and maybe, just maybe step into the life you have always dreamed of living!

You are indeed limitless! You are the light!
