Blissed March dear souls

A reminder to call in and align with the month ahead. Here a a few rituals that will help you to release so that you may receive all that is ready to be gifted to you:

♡Open your windows to release any stagnation from the previous month and allow fresh air to fill and nurture your space. Just as we breathe fresh air, our homes wish to breathe it in as well

♡Start your day with a glass of water, say a prayer or blessing intention over it and allow it to cleanse your body. You can also take a bath or shower and allow the water to wash away any energy that is not serving you

♡Sweep or vacuum your floors to remove any negativity and welcome in a fresh space. For extra cleansing, mop or deep clean your floors with a natural cleanser

♡Take a moment to pause and journal out your intentions and goals for the month. These can be small or big goals, and don't forget to celebrate once you've checked it off your list. Burn a white candle for setting your intentions. This can be a great time to budget or meal prep for the month

♡Burn a candle, incense or cinnamon stick to call in your abundance and protection for the month. Keep it by your front door to call abundance into your home or blow cinnamon through your front door. You can burn other herbs or aromatherapy to boost your cleanse: palo santo, rosemary, frankincense or any other that calls to you

♡Be of peace of mind by discarding last months sheets and starting with a fresh new pair to allow for peaceful sleep, dreams and relaxation. Maybe find some new pillows or comforter to change things up

The Conscious Clothing Line is ever expanding!

This new design was inspired by last night's meal {last photo} and how with a change in scenery we can make leftovers or a seemingly simple meal into a dreamy, luxurious, straight out of a movie experience

I sat around the fire with a mug full of leftover chana masala, and even though I've been eating it for the last couple days, being able to enjoy it by changing my environment/background created a much deeper experience

My love for food connects my love for herbs, fungi, plant medicines, and the opportunity of wellness they offer

That is what is speaking through this design and what this sweatshirt represents!

For the last 3 years eye have felt the call to connect with Bobinsana and eye am now at a space, ready to surrender to this teacher

Plant medicines have a very special place in my heart and on my path and eye am grateful for all that eye have crossed paths with, connected and learned from, and have had the opportunity to hold space for others on their healing journey

Tomorrow eye begin my 30 day plant dieta with Bobinsana and my soul is ready for the unfolding of this experience, for the wisdom, clarity and loving communication to be offered and gifted to me

Unlike other plant dietas eye have practiced previously, there is a strong call to share this experience with the collective
