Peace feels different to me now 🤍

It’s not something I stumble into anymore…
it’s something I protect.

There was a time in my life when I tolerated chaos,
when I overextended, overgave,
and disconnected from myself in the process.

But now…
I’ve felt what true peace feels like in my body.
And I’m no longer willing to trade that for anything.

Peace looks like slower mornings,
clear boundaries,
intentional energy,
and choosing what feels right over what’s expected.

It’s not always easy… but it’s always worth it.

I protect my peace fiercely—
because I finally understand its value.

Purpose. Passion. Peace.
My mantra for this year… and the way I’m choosing to live.

And maybe this is your reminder…
you’re allowed to do the same 🤍

Growth doesn’t happen when we’re comfortable…
It happens when we’re stretched, tired, and questioning everything.

Because if we’re honest—
When life feels “fine,” we don’t change.
We don’t look deeper.
We don’t need to.

But when things feel heavy… chaotic… exhausting…
That’s when something inside you starts whispering:
✨ there has to be another way

How to know you’re in a growth / change cycle:

• You feel overwhelmed by things you used to handle easily
• You’re more emotionally reactive or sensitive than usual
• Old patterns, wounds, or habits are rising to the surface
• You’re craving space, quiet, or something different—but don’t know what
• You feel both exhausted AND like something is trying to shift inside you

This isn’t you falling apart…
This is you waking up.

What to do when you’re in this space:

• Slow down (even if life feels like it won’t let you)
• Create small pockets of stillness (breath, walks, quiet moments)
• Get curious instead of critical
• Support your body (rest, nourishment, hydration)
• Let yourself not have all the answers yet

You are not meant to rush your transformation.
You are meant to move through it with awareness.

Today marks the Spring Equinox…
a sacred moment of balance — where light meets dark, and something new begins to rise.

After a season of going inward…
of healing, shedding, and holding space for all that life has asked of me…
I can feel it — the shift.

The soft return.
The gentle expansion.
The quiet becoming… turning into expression.

This season isn’t about rushing forward…
it’s about blooming in alignment 🌸

Letting what’s been held within…
finally be seen.
finally be spoken.
finally be shared.

And I’ll be honest…
there is something stirring.

Something sacred.
Something intentional.

A deeper layer of my work…
A collaboration that feels divinely guided…
And a space for truth, voice, and remembrance
that I cannot wait to share with you.

It’s not time to reveal it all just yet…

Sometimes all you need is this… 🌿☀️

The sun on your face.
The sound of birds.
A deep breath that finally reaches all the way down.

Life has felt… a little chaotic lately.
Between Autumn’s surgery, the nonstop rhythm of kids’ activities, supporting Baylee in the ways she needs most, and just the fullness of motherhood… I’ve been in it. Fully in it.

And if I’m being honest — there have been moments where I’ve felt stretched thin, overwhelmed, and a little lost in the noise of it all.

But today…
The girls are off making memories with their cousins.
The house is quiet.
And I found myself here — sitting on the forest floor, facing the sun for the first time in a while… and just breathing.

And it hit me…

Healing doesn’t always look like big breakthroughs or perfectly curated routines.
Sometimes it looks like stepping outside, grounding your body, and remembering who you are underneath it all.

I’m still here.
Still healing.
Still learning how to hold it all — the beauty and the hard.

And maybe that’s the message today:
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just have to come back to yourself… one breath at a time.

If life has felt heavy lately, let this be your reminder to pause, step outside, and let the sun find you too. 🤍

Energy often speaks through the body long before the mind is ready to respond.

At first it’s subtle—fatigue, tightness, quiet discomfort.
And when those cues are ignored, the body finds louder ways to get our attention.

For me, listening didn’t immediately change anything—because I was still pushing. Still moving. Still overriding what my body was asking for. Eventually, sickness forced a full stop. I didn’t choose rest; I was brought to it.

And in that pause, patterns became impossible to unsee.
Ways of living, coping, and carrying that no longer served me—yet had been normalized as “strength.”

This isn’t a story of healing completed.
It’s a moment of clarity.

Sometimes the body doesn’t whisper because we need more time.
It shouts because we need truth.

If you’re in a season where your body has brought everything to a halt, you’re not failing—you’re being invited to see differently.

2025 has been a quiet teacher.
It’s shown me what I truly desire — not more, but deeper.

A peaceful, loving home.
A place where my children feel emotionally and physically safe enough to thrive.
A marriage that’s tended with care and presence.
Close relationships that are healthy, rooted, and life-giving.

And a closer relationship with our Creator —
not performative, not loud, just lived…
woven into the ordinary moments of home and love.

As I step into 2026, this is my focus:
slower love, simpler faith, and a home where everyone can grow and feel held 🤍✨

2007.
Two hearts saying yes before we knew how much life would ask of us.

Since then, we’ve built a family from ordinary days and sacred moments.
Three daughters.
A love that learned new languages through autism and TSC.
Joy that lifted us… and loss that reshaped us.

Love hasn’t always looked like ease.
Sometimes it’s looked like staying, praying, choosing one another when the road felt heavy.

God has met us in the in-between —
in the quiet, the uncertainty, the becoming.

We are not who we once were.
But the love is deeper now.
Rooted. Weathered. Sacred.

Grateful for what has been,
and trusting what is still unfolding. 🤍

✨ Moving Through the 11/11 Portal + Honoring My Winter Pause ✨

Whew… what a season it’s been. Since September, the energy has been intense — stirring deep transformation, healing, and truth. Yesterday’s 11/11 portal carried powerful frequencies of rebirth and alignment… a cosmic reminder that endings are simply doorways to what’s next.

We’ve been in Scorpio season — the realm of shadows, depth, and emotional alchemy — and many of us have been feeling it. The shedding, the releasing, the facing of old patterns. As Sagittarius season nears, we’ll start to feel the warmth of fire again — that spark of freedom and inspiration returning. 🔥

For me personally, this has been one of the deepest cycles of transformation I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been holding such powerful space for others in coaching and Reiki sessions — while also moving through my own layers of healing. Inner child work, purging, clearing, and feeling some really raw emotions… rage, frustration, resentment — all of it.

It’s been uncomfortable, but necessary. And now… I can feel the shift. The integration. The clearing. I feel lighter — like I’ve made space within myself for what’s next.

With that, I’ll be taking a winter break from November 21st through January 9th — time to rest, be with my family, honor the holidays, and sink into my own winter season of reflection and renewal. ❄️

I will continue teaching my Friday Restore & Sound class at Lava Yoga — one of my favorite spaces to connect, reset, and receive deep healing. 💫

Thank you all for walking this path with me, for showing up for your own growth, and for the light you bring into this community.

Here’s to transformation, integration, and honoring your own seasons of becoming.

I can hardly believe it’s already here — our final Yoga in the Park of the season is happening this weekend, and I’d love for you to be part of it. These outdoor classes have been such a beautiful way to connect with nature, with each other, and with ourselves. Each week has felt like a little pocket of magic — sunshine, fresh air, great music, and a community that shows up with such open, loving energy. ✨

Let’s soak in one more morning together before we wrap up for the season. I’ll be back in the spring for more, but I’d love to close this chapter surrounded by familiar faces and good vibes.
