February is Heart Health Month! ❤️

At Natsu Healthcare, the beat of the drum reflects the heartbeat. We honor that rhythm by supporting strong heart health—especially for our Medicaid members and American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) families, who face higher risks of heart disease.

We’re here to help you protect your heart with:
✔️ Primary care & chronic disease management
✔️ Blood pressure monitoring & heart-risk assessments
✔️ Medication management
✔️ Culturally informed care
✔️ Wellness checks
✔️ Support navigating Medicaid benefits

Heart disease is preventable. Wellness visits, healthy habits, and early screenings make a meaningful difference—and we’re here for you every beat of the way. ❤️

Natsu Healthcare’s Tribal Liaisons continue to build and strengthen meaningful connections, ensuring they remain a trusted resource for those beginning or continuing their healing journey.

Visits to the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe in Towaoc, Colorado, and the Navajo Nation in Shiprock, New Mexico highlight ongoing collaboration with community leaders and partners dedicated to wellness and recovery.

Pictured with Chairman Selwin and Vice Chair Gwen from White Mesa, along with moments at the Piñon Project with Kerri, Indigenous Wellbriety Director Imu, Ute Mountain Ute Counseling Treatment Program Director Richard, Tribal Courts and Probation Administrator Priscilla, Anthony, MSW from Farmington, NM, and Peggy from the Navajo Nation Shiprock Outpatient Treatment Center.

Honored to stand alongside those committed to healing and community strength.

Last week, our Tribal Liaisons spent time connecting with tribal and community partners to build relationships and strengthen networks of care.

NATSU met with Native Health Mesa and Scottsdale Recovery Center organizations providing vital services that support holistic health and recovery. NATSU also visited the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community and the Ak-Chin Indian Community , meeting with leaders and healthcare partners committed to improving community wellness.

These connections reflect NATSU Healthcare’s commitment to outreach, collaboration, and being a reliable resource for tribes and communities. By working together, NATSU and its partners help support culturally responsive care and long-term health for the people we serve.

At Natsu Healthcare, outreach is at the heart of our mission.

Each week, our Outreach & Training Team visits the Utah State Correctional Facility to teach Fatherhood is Sacred and Motherhood is Sacred—creating space for reflection, growth, and healing.

Our Business Development Representative also meets one-on-one with individuals to share information about Natsu’s programs and help complete applications for those ready to begin their journey of healing.

We are deeply grateful for our ongoing partnership with the Utah Department of Corrections, whose collaboration allows individuals to learn, grow, and discover resources available to them.
