The birthing suite shown here is located in Oak Ridge, TN, and is available as a safe and welcoming space for those who can no longer give birth where they planned. We are also offering prenatal and postpartum care to those in need and birth services in other safe and accessible locations. As your doula I will help you build a birth plan, prepare yourself, and your family, for experiencing birth on whatever terms you decide are right for you, offer pain relief techniques and positioning guidance to help you through the process, and so much more. I will LISTEN to your needs and empower you to find your voice to make those needs known. Birth can, and should, be a beautiful, positive experience for you, and I am always honored to help make that happen.

These moments are what it’s all about. Supporting a mama through her journey to bringing her baby Earthside and being invited into such a sacred space and time in her life is something I will always cherish.

I have availability for a few mamas with springtime due dates, and plenty of space for summer babies! It’s never too early to start considering who you’d like to be on your birth team! I am happy to answer questions and address concerns with you during a free consultation that can be done via phone or in person if you prefer to meet with me face to face.

Another beautiful baby girl has joined us Earthside. Davanie Janae entered the world in a beautiful home water birth on 1/26/2024 at 2:10 am and I could not be any more proud of her mama. It was her first birth and she labored fast and hard, but was nothing short of amazing the entire time. Dad supported her every step of the way and she brought her baby into this world surrounded by her family and friends, right in her very own living room.

I’m eternally grateful for the opportunity to watch this precious soul take her first breath on this Earth, and so thankful that her mama chose me to support her through pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. THIS moment is what it’s all about.

Postpartum visits are an absolute joy! As your doula, I will do my very best to make the transition after giving birth as smooth and sweet as possible. I’d love to be a helping hand when you need a nap- or a shower. I’m here to answer questions from anxious parents, help calm frazzled nerves, and offer guidance where it’s needed. I can even bring a hot meal for the family that no one has to clean up after!
