At Whipple & Allen Funeral Home, Inc., we recognize that grief extends far beyond emotions — it can significantly impact mental health. Whether you are navigating the loss of a loved one or standing beside someone who is grieving, acknowledging your feelings and seeking support are essential steps. Grief is personal, there is no right way to heal and no timeline you must follow.

Throughout this month, we encourage our community to stay connected, show empathy, and prioritize mental well-being. If you or someone close to you is struggling, please remember that you are not alone. Help is available, and asking for support reflects courage, not weakness.
