There’s something really special about working with sound.

Meeting the nervous system where it is and supporting what wants to shift.

I feel really grateful to be doing this work.

It’s become such a meaningful part of both my life and my practice.

I’m always learning, always listening, always deepening into it.

And I feel so much appreciation for the wisdom, guidance, and support I continue to receive from my incredible teacher Adrienne Bawa, R.N. 💗✨🙏🏻

Some healing doesn’t look like progress—
it looks like softening,
like surrender,
like noticing the quiet glimmers
gently guiding your soul back to itself.

Playing with my ocean drum. It brings me so much joy to get to know my instruments more each day.

Feeling into even the littlest moments of joy can help us hold the heaviness so many of us are feeling and carrying right now. 💗🙏🏻

Here's the long version for anyone who would enjoy a mini-soundbath.💗

Practicing my soundscape. ✨ It fills me with so much joy to play. I immediately feel my nervous system settling as I play the first note. I am very grateful to be on this journey and so curious to see where it will take me. I plan to bring sound into sessions with my clients and I don't know exactly how it will look yet, but I'm excited to find out! 💗

Self-compassion isn’t “getting rid” of anything in you. It’s building trust with the parts that learned they had to work hard, stay small, stay on guard, or stay in control to keep you safe.
What part of you has been needing a little more tenderness lately? 💙

My word for 2026: Expansion.

I pulled a New Year Celtic Cross from Rebecca Campbell’s Inner Temple Oracle and the message lined up with Expansion:

Go deeper
Soften the inner pressure
Receive more
Let myself be seen.

I’m entering a season of building in a soul-aligned way—bringing more spirituality and nervous-system care into my work, and beginning sound healing training soon with .

What’s your word for 2026?

I went to a winter solstice retreat Saturday and it was exactly what my body needed—slow, sensory, and quietly powerful.

We learned about solstice traditions across cultures, made Lucia-style wreaths, shared ceremonial cacao and seasonal food, blended tea, and let sound carry us into stillness.

Thank you and for creating such a beautiful space and experience.

This is for the moments when your inner critic is convinced you’ve messed up or are failing somehow.

When you notice that spiral, pause.
Feel your toes pressing into the ground.

Coming back into your body is a small, powerful step
toward meeting your very human self with more grace.
