Everything is possible even it seems ridiculous in the beginning.

About 10 years ago, I was confused about what exactly my next step should be after I left my corporate job. I wanted to do something meaningful, but I didn’t know how or what. I made a big decision to go on a vision quest for three days in Joshua Tree Desert. I hiked up the mountain and entered the deepest meditation for hours. I received a message from the divine that I was meant to write a book. At first, I thought this was ridiculous because English is my second language. Not only that, but I also didn’t know what I wanted to do in the future, so I ignored that message for a long time and eventually forgot about it.

That was 10 years ago. Fast forward to today.

For the past two years, I’ve been developing recipes and learning from my lifelong journey—from school to healing people through food and a conscious mindset. I realize how critical food is in the journey of transformation. After witnessing my parents and relatives die from cancer and other diseases, I became motivated to live my life with the highest vibration. This led me to organize my thoughts and experiences from over three decades into a book. These recipes and tips are based on my experiences with clients and myself, and they have helped tremendously.
Now, I cannot wait to share them with you.

I've been learning about longevity, ageless beauty, and nurturing an attractive body and mind inside and out for decades. Witnessing death and suffering around me at a young age fueled my curiosity to live fully.
