Recently, VitalCore hosted an All-Staff Meeting with the Michigan DOC, where CEO Viola Riggin and our MI leadership team met with employees from across the state. The time together was an important reminder of the heart behind our work and the real impact our care has on the patients and communities we serve.
Over the course of two days, we dug into meaningful conversations, shared updates, explored future goals, and connected through presentations, breakout sessions, and collaborative discussions. We even enjoyed a few prizes along the way, bringing some fun and lightness to the experience.
At VitalCore, we are intentionally building a culture where people feel connected, valued, and supported. Whether we are in the corporate office, regional offices, or inside our facilities, we believe in celebrating one another and are working to create environments where teamwork and collaboration come naturally. We want to encourage more celebration as we believe when we come together in groups, learning, sharing ideas, laughing, supporting each other it strengthens not just our work, but who we are as a company. These moments of connection remind us that we’re more than individual teams spread across the nation; we are one unified family. Bringing people together, honoring their contributions, and creating positive spaces for growth and enjoyment, while we value those around us and whom we serve is truly at the heart and core of this company.
We are grateful to every person who helped make this gathering possible and to all the providers who stepped away from their daily responsibilities to participate. Your dedication, insight, and willingness to show up continue to strengthen our mission and the VitalCore family every single day.
