The posture never ends, the practice never ends. So go live your yoga! We are shifting from one place to another, out of the studio and out into the world. Breathe, be kind, pause, let go, and then keep going.

It incorporates the concept of three fundamental energies or doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, each representing a combination of the five elements (space, air, fire, water, and earth). We even have a quiz so you can learn your dosha! 8:30am!
