It is with immense sadness and tremendous pain that we let you know Wendy Cox lost her battle with cancer today. This post will be short because words cannot express our sadness and loss. She was a dear friend to so many of us. Her service will be this Sunday, May 23rd at
Kevin Brennan Family funeral home at 2801 SW Urish Rd., Topeka. Visitation from 3-5, and Service at 5pm. Please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers.

Sharing some fun pics from our last day of in-person classes and yoga party! Nearly 5 years and what an amazing journey it has been! We are so humbled by all the gifts, cards, hugs and sweet sentiments from all of you. Covid may have killed our small business, but it has not killed our passion for yoga, nor our love of being together! This page will remain up for awhile, and we will post when we are out offering classes in the community. So check back here, or connect with your teachers directly to find out where they’re teaching and what they’re up to.

Tomorrow are the last classes- Brenda teaches gentle at 8:30, Angela teaches fusion at 10. Some of our students are gathering following the last class (11:15) to celebrate new beginnings, share our memories of The Yoga Room and network on continued opportunities for Yoga being offered by Angela, Brenda, Kathy, Chris, JD and Cydney. We will have some light snacks, OJ and champagne for mimosas. Feel free to drop by and maybe bring a snack to share if you'd like.

If you can’t join us - thank you for coming along with us on this adventure over the past 4 1/2 years! We will miss you all and hope to see you on the mat some other place in the future. We will keep this page for a while so keep checking back for some updates about places that we will be teaching or public outdoor classes in the spring.
