The Center for Manual Medicine is a unique facility dedicated to the non-surgical treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. We combine traditional medicine with chiropractic and physical therapy to help patients with a variety of conditions including neck and back pain, headaches, extremity pain, and much more. Our facility was the first certified practice in Kansas for muscle and joint diagnostic and injection guided ultrasound. Dr Frye was among the first certified muscle and joint sonographers in the U.S. Dr. Steffen has repeatedly been voted best chiropractor in Topeka. Our physical therapists lead by Matt Elniff and Courtney Simon have advanced training in muscle and joint treatment. We offer regenerative injection therapy including platelet rich plasma or PRP and prolotherapy. Injections are ultrasound guided to ensure accuracy. We had some visitors trying to come in the front door this morning. Jennifer could not figure out what all the chirping was, and when she looked out the door she saw all these guys looking in. If you look closely you will see 12 baby ducks. Their mom was hit in the road so we knew we had to save them. With the help of a few Goodyear techs next door, we rounded them all up. They are heading to a farm with other ducks and away from the city streets.
