My private therapy practice, offers confidential, nonjudgmental counseling for children, teens, adults and families experiencing a wide range of issues. Making the decision to talk with someone can be a difficult step. However, I believe finding the right therapist is important in meeting your goals. My approach is tailored to the individual, couple, or family. I accept most major insurance carriers as well as Employee Assistance Programs through New Directions Behavioral Health and Compsych.
