Dear valued customers,
We are deeply sorry to inform you that Midwest Float is currently closed and we are unable to provide services. We understand that many of you have been looking forward to your float sessions and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We understand that this news may come as a disappointment, and we want to assure you that this decision was not made lightly. We have done everything in our power to continue providing the best service possible, but unfortunately, the current situation has left us with our hands tied. We explored every option and simply ran out of time.
We have fought tooth and nail since covid hit almost 3 years ago but the bank finally won. We honestly thought we’d come out alright but we were given notice today that they would be changing the locks tomorrow. Despite many efforts to sell or find investors, we are left with nothing more to do. We will miss you all so much. You’ve been our family through thick and thin and we’ll never forget that. We just wish there was more we could do. We’re sorry we let everyone down.
We are absolutely devastated, shocked, heartbroken, and truly sorry to our community. We want to thank you for your loyalty and support throughout the years. We understand that many of you have prepaid for sessions and we want to assure you that we will do everything in our power to make it right. However, please be aware that at this time, we are unable to process refunds.
