Here’s a ONE Minute
Appreciation Exercise❤️
by the HeartMath Institute❤️

1) Close your eyes! Focus your attention on your heart area and breathe a little deeper than normal, in for 5 or 6 seconds and out 5-6 seconds.

2) Imagine breathing through your heart area! ❤️

3) Activate a positive feeling as you maintain your heart focus and breathing. Recall a time you felt good inside and try to re-experience the feeling! A special place, or the love you feel for a loved one or a pet.

Only takes 60 seconds of your day but can make a huge difference in how you feel! 🌸

To go deeper:

Take appreciation breaks two to three times per day! 🌸

Make an Appreciation List-people, places, activities, pets, food! 🌷

In stressful moments look at that list and choose one thing that can quickly evoke appreciation! 🎈

These types of short exercises help you connect with yourself and your own heart. 💜 It not only helps your mood but it has physical benefits to your heart rhythms and overall health! 🌸
