KCAL is the arm of association that serves the interests of Kansas’s state-licensed-only homes. KHCA's involvment in licensure, reimbursment, administraotr licensing, the survey process and legislative issues has provided fair representation of our long-term care providers while supporting long-term care providers while supporting improved health care for Kansas' long-term care residents.
