Carol is our amazing Business Manager for both Ricks Advanced Dermatology & Radiance Medical Spa. With an MBA from Washburn and a finance degree from the University of Maryland, she brings serious skills in both healthcare and finance.

She’s been part of the local medical community since 2004 and is known around here as the Office Mom, Bringer of Bagels, and queen of mental math 🧠🥯

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her granddaughters Charlie & Sophie, her dogs Daisy & Baxter, and enjoying a good rom-com with a cup of English Breakfast tea ☕💕
