🚨 We’re almost full but not quite! 🚨

We are looking for minimum 12 participants total for our upcoming Youth Mental Health First Aid Training, and right now we only have 8 signed up, that means we still have a few spots left!

💬 If you’ve ever wondered:

How do I start conversations with youth about mental health?
What are healthy ways to support young people?
What signs should I watch for if a child or teen may need help?

👉 This training is for YOU.
This is a great opportunity to gain practical tools, build confidence, and learn how to support youth in your community in a meaningful way.

Parents, teachers, coaches, youth leaders, community members anyone who works with or cares about youth!
