I love being a physical therapist who gets to work with kids and their families. I have the best families that I work with. I have been working with this one particular family for over a year and they are moving, and I am so sad. Getting a card like this with these lovely words is just one of the best parts of my job!

👀 Can you spot the difference?
My little friend is rocking his right side-lying position to help round out a bit of flatness on his head — and he’s doing amazing! 💪💤

But that’s not all… we’re also working on a closed mouth, tongue-up posture with nasal breathing 👃👅

📸 In the pic on the left… can you tell what’s missing? Yep — the teether is gone, and now his mouth is closed with his tongue (hopefully!) suctioned to the roof of his mouth 🙌

Ahh yes . I love when this is the outcome of our sessions. Regulated on her stomach sucking on the . My little friend is post frenectomy and has gas and discomfort. We work hard on regulation, sucking, tolerance to tummy time, and overall reduction of gas through various manual techniques. This was a good day!
