A wicked sweet haul of white willow bark!!!

The amount of healing that took place in my mind, body and soul while I embraced Greece with open arms for 10 days was absolutely magical. The sea, the mountains, the plants, the medicine, the people, the energy, the vibes, the overall healing atmosphere every where you went was breathtaking.

The center of the universe where all Gods and Goddesses began.

I am so blessed to have been "choosen" to take this journey with old friends and new friends and make memories and gain knowledge that has transformed my life forever. My cup is overflowing. 🙏

Harvesting spruce tips for my herbal cough syrup...
It is so magically sunny and "warm" out today..

Spruce tips are so good for your immune system and specifically nice for colds and coughs.
I use them in my cough syrup, as well as making spruce tip honey....
