Harvesting all the goodies by the ocean today...
Some St johns wort, rose hips, yarrow, mullein, jewel w**d, and roses.
I love that all this will be made into supports for your bodies. I love meeting so many people walking and sharing my knowledge of the plants and what I use them for for my community. I meet so many beautiful people on my harvesting walks.
This is plant magic at its finest.

HI EVERYONE!!!
I AM BACK FROM A PRETTY EPIC VACATION!!

My family went to Prince Edward Island , Canada, this past week for my kiddos' hockey camp.

We explored PEI national park, Anne of Green Gables, Thunder Cove Rock, Bay of Fundy, Hopewell Rock, chartered fishing trip amazing food, the greenest of green farm lands, the most epic beaches with tides that blow your mind and... oh yeah, some hockey.

I harvested so much self heal and yarrow and saw enormous amounts of usnea!

☀️One of my favorite products is my dandelion salve.

It is so nourishing to the face and is brightening to the skin!!!
I use it after the beach to keep that summer glow going as well as hydrating my skin!!

It is a must have for me on summer days!!! ☀️

If you're like me and you love the ocean then tasting it is super cool also!!!

I have combined herbs(astragalus) with my homemade sea salt ( sea water I boiled down on my wood stove ) and wild harvested seaw**d from the Maine oceans and ground it all together for a super delish Seasoning.

Hi everyone!!!!
How are you??? I hope everyone is doing so well and enjoying some warmer weather and a change of season!!

Things have been so busy here!!
We finished our 7th grade year of homelearning, my kiddo turned 13, I turned 25 (plus 21) and have gotten my routine whole sale orders all stocked and ready to rock and roll... Also, on some warmer days, I have been able to get my gardens in and go for some beautiful ocean dips!!!

I am reaching out to my community for some fresh ideas. I am looking to take on a few more whole salve orders and for a few more pop-up markets near me for summer, fall, and winter.

Please help!!! I'd love to see my people out and about at markets.

I am so thankful to have such beautiful plant friends.

Violets are a soft and gentle lymphatic mover and love to support breasts. Violets are cooling and calming to the skin and promote overall relaxation.

I love to use my violet salve right out of the shower on my breasts and my temples before heading to bed.
