Tight feet? Try this simple stretch:
1️⃣ Sit on the floor with both legs extended.
2️⃣ Gently pull your toes back toward you to stretch the arch and plantar fascia.
3️⃣ If that’s tough, use a towel or stretch strap around the ball of your foot for support.

This stretch helps improve flexibility, ease foot tension, and support healthy arches—perfect for runners, walkers, or anyone on their feet all day. 🦶✨

Calf Lunge Stretch – Your Post Run Best Friend!

After a long walk or run, your calves deserve some love. Try this simple stretch:

1️⃣ Stand facing a wall, hands resting on it for support.
2️⃣ Step one foot back. Keep your back heel flat on the ground.
3️⃣ Bend your front knee slowly until you feel a stretch in the back of your lower leg.
4️⃣ Hold for 20–30 seconds, then switch legs.

💡 This helps release tight calves, improve ankle mobility, and keep you moving comfortably!
