We are a 24 hr fitness center helping people from all corners of the greater Topsham/Brunswick area reach their fitness and wellness goals everyday. We offer an assortment of fitness services including a 24 hour gym and weight room, a variety of cardio and weight machines and hundreds of free weights, personal training and 25+ fitness classes each week. Our wellness services range from massage therapy and injury care to weight loss programs, nutritional counseling and colon hydrotherapy.
