Based on this assessment, we will provide you – at no cost – referrals to the assisted living communities that meet your needs. We will also set appointments for facility tours and will answer all of your questions to help you select the right facility. Additional Support
Coast to Coast also provides comprehensive consultation and placement services at a reasonable cost to clients who would like in-person assessment and transition assistance or who live in a different area than their loved ones and need local support. You are not alone
