Your health is the most valuable thing you have. The human mind and body are amazing self-healing machines... IF we treat them right.
๐ฑEat a plant-based diet (vegan is best)
๐ฆ Drink water
๐ง Avoid salt
๐ญ Avoid all toxins, fast food and processed food
๐โโ๏ธ Exercise every day
๐โโ๏ธ Have a good social network
๐ด Sleep well
๐ง Just be intelligent and don't abuse your body.
No person, at any age, should be infirm, unhealthy or unable to move around freely.
People at 70 years old run marathons. Don't buy into the bs that we get sick when we're old. It's a bs story that many, many people buy into.
And they lose out on so much. The last 10-20 years of their lives are spent on oxygen, having heart attacks and strokes, not being able to play with their grandchildren, not able to exercise, or move freely, and unable to see some of the most beautiful parts of the world... literally prisoners in their own living rooms, or beds.
And it's all a lie. Human bodies are amazing self-healing organisms.
Treat yours right.
