Join and I as we facilitate a Reiki circle that is open to all who are interested in sitting in positive, loving, healing energy. You do not need to hold a Reiki certification. The only requirement is an open heart to hold space for self and others in their journey. We are suggesting a love offering of $10…of which a percentage will be given to The Zen Dandelion for use of their space and a larger portion to a local charity.

This is one of my favorite mudras. It stimulates the heart chakra, is beautiful to use along with a metta blessing, and brings loving awareness of forgiveness. It’s Sanskrit name is Padma Mudra. Sit with Padma Mudra for five to fifteen minutes and put yourself in the role of watcher during.

🌟On Thursday, Feb 27 at 8pm, I will offer a distance Reiki session to all who give me permission to do so. Give your permission by dropping an emoji of your choice in the comments. 🥰 What does a distance Reiki session involve? In these types of sessions we do not connect physically, or even virtually. Rather, I connect energetically with the highest and best good for all. Your role: 💜1. Set aside quiet time in which you have taken care of any physical needs such as using the bathroom, having a blanket near, and a glass of water or tea. 🩵2. Be prepared to sit, or lie down, quietly for twenty to thirty minutes💙. 3. At the end of 20 minutes, hold your water or tea between your two hands. At this time it will be given a healing blessing. 💛4. Sip your tea or water and finish it before you go to sleep for the night. 💚5. Know you are loved.🧡❤️

🙌🏼Come to a place within yourself that knows of your oneness and true nature with all that is love and light. 🤍Here is where your thoughts of separateness do not exist. 💭Thoughts create a perception, a perceived reality, that is truly of your creation. It is where negative beliefs translate into thought and that translates into your daily life. But you do not have to “stay” there. ☀️Use of affirmation is one simple tool that can begin to impact belief systems. Do you use affirmations? 🧐What are your go tos?
