We offer heated & unheated yoga classes for students of all levels. You don’t need to be “flexible” & you don’t need any previous yoga experience. Our teachers are highly trained & our community is welcoming & supportive. In January, our unheated (not hot) gentle & restorative class with meditation & our slow flow class will return. Our studio is beautiful & spacious, with plenty of room to spread out. You don’t need to pre-register for class & your first class is free!

We think it’s pretty cool that Matthew has thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail…ask him about it sometime? We also think it’s very cool that he’s now teaching at Sanctuary. Today he has his 9:30am Flow & this evening he’s covering the 5:45pm Power Flow for Andrew. Come in & enjoy his class!
