We offer heated & unheated yoga classes for students of all levels. You don’t need to be “flexible” & you don’t need any previous yoga experience. Our teachers are highly trained & our community is welcoming & supportive. In January, our unheated (not hot) gentle & restorative class with meditation & our slow flow class will return. Our studio is beautiful & spacious, with plenty of room to spread out. You don’t need to pre-register for class & your first class is free!

We have our “regular” (great!) schedule all week, with a special addition on Saturday.
The fantastic folks in our 300 Yoga Teacher Training (along with Heather) are teaching a Root Chakra Slow Flow class with guided meditation. Come in for class today & come & join us on Saturday for this special offering!
