Young patient with two failed IVF. Was told she did not endometriosis despite being in pain! She was recommended to undergo a third IVF cycle.

Stage four endometriosis was discovered at the time of robotic surgery. Full excision was performed in 35 minutes. The patient did well and was discharged home so they have surgery. She’s anticipated to have improved fertility either naturally or via IVF after this excisional procedure.
