Cold season is officially here, and we know how confusing it can get with all the advice, tips, and “my cousin said…” myths floating around 😅💙

So we put together a quick guide to the Top 3 Myths About the Common Cold in Kids and what every parent should actually know this time of year.

✅ Antibiotics don’t help colds (they’re viral!)
✅ Green mucus doesn’t always mean it’s serious
✅ Coughs can linger even after your child is feeling better

Our goal is to help parents feel confident, calm, and informed especially when little ones aren’t feeling their best.

If your child has a fever lasting more than 3 days, trouble breathing, signs of dehydration, or worsening symptoms, we’re here for you.

There’s been a rise in Hand, Foot & Mouth Disease lately and here’s what parents need to know 👇

This common childhood illness spreads easily (especially in schools and daycares) and usually causes mild symptoms like fever, mouth sores, and a rash on hands and feet. While it can look alarming, most cases clear up on their own with rest, fluids, and TLC ❤️
