Parker Family Health and Wellness Center ParkerFitness717 is a family friendly Fitness Facility located comfortably in the woods of Muir PA. We have 3 sections to our building. 1. Weight Room 2.

MMA Room 3. Cardio Room

Gym memberships are $25 a month, $60 for 3 months. We also offer training ParkerFitness717 is dedicated to making our community better, by offering a comfortable secluded place to get your workout in. Surrounded by nature. You may even see a deer or two

Membership is $25 a month, $60 for 3 months. Children 12 and under are free with their adult supervisor

Our facility has a fully equipped weight room with everything from dumbells to cross cable machines and most everything inbetween

Our boxing room has 7 punching bags, the Focus Master (which is a movable strike surface perfect for learning boxing.) grapple dummies, a wrestling mat, yoga equipment, and so many ab exercise choices your stomach will hurt just thinking about it �

Then we have a cardio room with 3 total gyms, treadmills, stationary bikes and elliptical machines as well as lockers, a bathroom with a high tech scale, and a sauna for use 18+

So shoot us a DM, text message, or call and leave me a message and we can set you up with a tour so I can explain procedure (since Covid we have wipes and spray all over the gym, as well as hand sanitizer at every entrance) and show you around, and get a waiver signed so you can get started!! I also offer personal training. First one is on the house. The following sessions are $20 each

I also offer a 5 day workout plan called the “Krabby Patty Workout” for $100 which is 5 workouts in a specific order, and 5 sessions to show you said workouts. Then you can use these workouts for a few months until they get easy and come back to me to expand the workouts later ��

A NEW SIGN IN SHEET IS POSTED AT BOTH ENTRANCES. EVERYONE IS REQUESTED TO SIGN IN EVERYTIME THEY COME TO THE GYM. THIS WILL ALLOW US TO BETTER TRACK DAILY GYM USAGE AND TO INSURE EVERYONE HAS HAD AN UP TO DATE TOUR, WAIVER AND PAID UP DUES.

Our Story

Parker Family Health and Wellness Center started out as most small businesses do, a dream. But then tragedy struck the summer after my high school graduation when our home caught fire. So with the skills we had, and the help of some very good friends, my father and I rebuilt the house into the Fitness Center it is today.

Our main goal to improve the health of our community. By getting people fit and helping make better life choices. We offer a fully equipped weight room with a Total Gym, benches, free weights, Ab lounge, Excercise bikes, treadmills and excercise tower. And we have a full sparring room with punching bags, focus pads, wrestling mat and wrestling dummy. (Gloves Provided) 24/7 all access Gym Memberships starting at $20 I am offering personal training sessions, ranging from one on one to group sessions up to six. My personal training is just that. Personal. I will take the time to get to know you and create a workout for your own pace and skill level. Classes start at $20 a session for one on one.
