Coming up in March
We are hosting an herbal tablet class. This is a very hands on class where you will learn how to combine herbal powders that support your body and make them into herbal tablets. Hope you can come learn with us.

Learn the art of herbal tablet making. This class will provide you with personal instruction from herbalist Joanna Hardy. You will walk though the actions of herbs and how to use them for medicinal purposes. She will guide you though step by step process to making handcrafted herbal tablets.

How I make corn cob Jelly.
Supplies you will need: water, bath, canner, large stock, pot, canning jars, pint, or half, pint,, lids,, rings, powdered pectin, sugar,, water, corn cobs, spoon, ladle, funnel. Helpful items: jar, lifter, magnetic wand for getting lids out of hot water. A sauce pan to warm your lids and rings. A clean dish cloth to set your hot jars on. Happy canning hope you enjoy.
