Jessica Halloran DMSc, PA-C, is a nationally certified Physician Assistant dedicated to patient care and health optimization. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Indiana State University, and went on to complete her Doctorate of Medical Science at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine.

Prior to joining Victory, Jessica developed a strong foundation in orthopedic and spine medicine. Today, she specializes in men’s health, with a clinical focus on testosterone optimization therapy, erectile dysfunction, and nutritional strategies that support vitality and performance.

Over the years, finasteride has become increasingly easy to obtain through telehealth platforms like Hims and Keeps. But just because it’s accessible doesn’t mean it’s safe—or that you should take it.

Finasteride blocks DHT, one of the most powerful byproducts of testosterone. While this may slow hair loss, it can also have serious downstream effects on libido, mental health, sexual function, and overall hormone balance—sometimes with lasting consequences.
