One of the themes I’ve been processing with clients throughout the last week is how devastatingly negative their news feeds have become on social media: articles meant to create fear and not always rooted in fact, references to binge eating meant to be comical, workout challenges and maps upon maps of color coated data in regards to the spread and mortality rate of COVID-19. I get it - we’re all in this together yet do we have to be united in fear constantly?

I’ve decided to start using this space to make posts that will hopefully bring some happy to newsfeeds. So today on Happy Feeds, I’d like to offer a slightly different perspective on what we’re all struggling with right now:
