A huge thank you to all of my clients at The Zen Den for your understanding and patience. Life has been unpredictable lately, and your kindness regarding Prince's vet appointments has been incredibly comforting.

I've been hesitant to post this update, unsure of how to express my emotions. Trying to share the news in person seemed impossible, as I knew I wouldn't be able to hold back tears.

On Saturday, April 25th, Prince peacefully transitioned to the rainbow 🌈 bridge from our home.

I'm grateful for the time we had with Prince and for your support during this emotional time. Thank you!!

Wellness Wednesday: Sound Bath

Sounds has been used as a healing medium for thousands of years. Vibration isn't only heard by our ears but by our cells. The soothing sound wave experience uses vibrational frequencies of crystal bowls, metal bowls, chimes, bells and tuning forks to create a gentle bath of sound.
