Hi I’m Michele~Yoga Teacher, Native Jersey girl, devoted wife-to-be & mom of 2 amazing Siberian Huskies. Both my love affair and story of my yoga practice has changed and evolved greatly over the years. What I have learned is we can be in a state of yoga everyday, anytime with or without the physical (asana) practice. The practices of poses, breathwork, mindfulness, self-study, prayer, meditation and service are part of our journey. At different times in our lives one modality may serve us best. My wish is guide you back home to your amazing self! We are all here to grow and play. I will guide you in a lighthearted way to reach the innermost corners of yourSelf, granting you more freedom in body and mind. I offer Vinyasa Flow, Yin, pranayama, spiritual foundation & meditation. A fusion of the many styles and wonderful teachers wisdom before me will be woven in to your experience.
