Personal Training Essentials – Series 2
Great trainers don’t just count reps — they teach movement. 💪🏾
I teach my students to demonstrate the exercise first, then coach your client through it. Never assume they already know the movement.
When you demonstrate and cue properly, you help clients:• Learn correct form• Reduce injury risk• Build confidence• Get better results
