Blackburn Family Association

Blackburn Family Association The Blackburn Family Association is dedicated to the preservation of the heritage of the family. The Blackburn Family Association, Inc.

is the authoritative source on Blackburn genealogy and has extensive information on descendants of John Blackburn born about 1675 and on allied lines. While we are able to clearly trace our family history back to John Blackburn in Ireland, don't assume that our family originated in Ireland.

On September 22nd at 11:00 a.m., Quakers at London Grove Friends Meeting will have a commemoration to the 350 year old fallen oak tree that fell one year ago. Those attending the reunion in 2023 will recall this majestic oak towering over the property, later felled by weather and age. All are welcome to attend. You may want to check their website for further information and perhaps join them for meeting in advance.

We are a Quaker spiritual community whose worship is often profoundly deep and whose fellowship is warm. People comment that being at London Grove ‘feels like coming home.’ Our multi-generational community supports and helps each other and we love to have visitors and seekers join us in worship...
